It is the vision of the Quality Management Office to have internal and external customers recognize the organization as best-in-class providers of quality leadership and technical training that results in a quality product to put back in the Army Supply System increasing asset visibility and overall strength.

It is the mission of the Quality Management Office to be an aggressive advocate for - and support the line organization in - developing programs, activities, and services that perpetuate the integration of Quality and Management principles throughout National Maintenance Training Center. In accomplishing this mission, the Quality Management Office supports execution of all mission objectives, critical outcomes, and contract performance measures that are assigned to the NMTC.

The Quality Management Office is responsible for:

  • Carrying out the day-to-day operational aspects of the Quality Management System.
  • Performing an annual review, as a minimum, documenting major changes and submitting them to Top Management, with updates, for review and approval as required.
  • Providing professional assistance, guidance, and training to all personnel in matters pertaining to quality as appropriate.
  • Capturing and selectively distributing Lessons Learned experiences.
  • Managing the Audit program.
  • Managing the CRC Units Quality program.
  • Performance-based management functions.
  • Developing policies, standards of performance, and procedures and guidelines that are current, accurate, and relevant to the overall mission of the organization.
