National Maintenance Training Center Operations Section The NMTC Operations Section's mission is to develop, coordinate and execute the Unit Rotational Schedules. Operations serves as the point of contact for coordination of your unit's logistical, administrative and transportation requirements. The section will assist in coordinating billeting, rations, funding, transportation, personnel rosters, and other miscellaneous needs rotational units might have. They will host the rotations advance party to ensure the rotation starts out on a positive note. Communication with Operations will ensure a smooth, trouble-free deployment for your unit's training time at the NMTC. Other responsibilities of the section includes developing rotational training schedules by coordinating with major commands such as FORSCOM, NGB, 1ST ARMY, AMC, USARC and the USMC. The Operations Section also schedules and hosts the Initial Planning Conferences (IPC) to answer any questions units may have about their upcoming rotation. Whether your unit is Field Maintenance, Sustainment Maintenance, or Quartermaster Supply Platoon the Operations section is set to meet your training needs.
